The Roc Blanc Hotel boasts 157 rooms, including 4 comfortable suites with jacuzzi and beautiful views of the Principality. We offer 100 newly renovated superior rooms that combine a traditional and contemporary design and have been equipped with all the amenities that you may need. Indulge yourself in one of our exquisite rooms, such as our Suite Bath, decorated with the typical stone from the Pyrenees, a cozy illumination, and a whirlpool bath. Its decoration has been inspired by the Italian style of Toscana. All the rooms have TV with international channels, internet access, heating, air conditioning, safe-deposit box, mini-bar, and bathrobes and slippers for the Thermal Centre.

Hotel details

This is the most famous natural thermal water centre in Andorra. The local spring waters are naturally as hot as up to 70º centigrade. Among the water’s chemical components is sulphur, which is excellent for therapeutic treatments for problems such as stiff joints and bone problems. Sulphur is also sometimes prescribed for the treatment of respiratory ailments. As well as physical problems, the waters are also used to treat psychological and psychosomatic problems, such as stress and obesity. The equipment used in the centre was fully renovated in 2001 and there is an experienced and highly qualified medical team on-hand at the centre. The relaxing and therapeutic treatments are carried out by a dedicated team of experienced professionals. The centre has 12 cabins. As part of the services on offer, you can choose from a variety of meals, from light snacks to low-calorie meals. Access to the hotel’s thermal water centre is limited for those younger than 16 years. A special party and Saint Silvester’s dinner are held in the hotel on 31 December. This dinner and party is obligatory for reservations for the period between 29 December 2007 and 1 January 2008 and the cost is included in the quoted room price for reservations for this period.

Food & Beverages

We have two restaurants that offer exquisite and highly-recommended cuisine. El Pi Restaurant offers delicious regional and international dishes in a warm atmosphere, also catering for guest with special diets, and there are also low calorie dishes recommended by the medical team. The Entrecote Restaurant Entrecote offers specialties with meat, fondues and fish.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 16.12 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
