Area information

For skiers, the hotel is conveniently situated just 20m from Encamp’s funicular (or incline railway) which will take you directly to the pistes. There is a ski shop just 10m from the hotel where you can buy or rent ski equipment. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the centre of Encamp and its supermarkets, restaurants, chemists and tourist office. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with buses running to Andorra la Vella, the capital of the Principality of Andorra, with all its shops, bars and restaurants.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.32 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
