Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8 per person per night.  Dinner costs EUR 15 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6 per night per child under 13 years.  Dinner costs EUR 10 per night per child under 13 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
