Travel information

Parking: The hotel garage is beside the main entrance. Arrival by train from Innsbruck's main station: When you leave the train station, cross the street and turn right. Turn into the first street on the left-hand side, Brixner Strasse, and always walk straight ahead. Continue straight ahead through Meraner Strasse and at the end of this street you turn right into Maria Theresien Strasse. Go straight ahead into Herzog Friedrich Strasse, and at the end you will see the Golden Roof. When you arrive in front of the Golden Roof, turn left until the end of the old part of town, at the Ottoburg, and turn left again. You are at the Innrain, and our hotel is at number 3. Arrival by plane: The easiest way is to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 16 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 15 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
