Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  Please note, if modified, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

15 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 2 to 6 years are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.  One child from 6 to 16 years is charged EUR 40 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
