All rooms have additionally TV with 30 channels, also in English, Dutch, French and Italian, Healthy- Wellness Beds, free multi-media-computer with: - Sending and receiving of e-mails - Word and Star-Office - Info-terminal with various functions: Local places for excursions, weather forecast, links to more than 350 daily newspapers in various languages, route planer, events etc.

Hotel details

To make your day even more comfortable we changed our entire sauna area into an island of relaxation and leisure. Numerous recreational facilities are at your disposal for your personal well-being: Finnish sauna, hot whirl-pool (35°) with massage jets (Jacuzzi), modern high-speed solarium, heated outdoor swimming-pool, herbal steam bath, infrared vital-cabins. In cooperation with the nearby Optifit (largest fitness centre in Salzburg) we offer our guests a 50% deduction (in summer 70%) on the day rate. Our private guests also receive one free entry per week. Entry to the associated recreation centre Optimum with indoor and outdoor swimming-pool, various saunas and many more is also included in the Optifit entrance fee. Optifit and Optimum are just 200 meters from the hotel. The hotels own recreational facilities comprise pool-billiard and table-soccer free of charge. During summer, table tennis is available in the garden.

Half-board has to be booked in advance. The hotel will charge 80% of the outstanding amount in case of early departure.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
