Rooms

The well-kept 3-star hotel has comfortable furnished rooms, all with bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, direct dial-telephone, cable-TV, internet access and a balcony.

Cancellation policy

If the booking is canceled more than 2 days before the day of arrival there is no charge. If the booking is canceled from 2 days before the day of arrival on the charge will be the full price of the stay. In case of no show the full price will be charaged. Each started stay must be paid in full to the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Child policy

Minotel offers free accommodation and breakfast for 1 child under 12 years old when sharing a room with 2 adults. Other meals are to be paid for to the hotel directly. In such a case, the client shall book a double or twin room and add a comment in the "comment box" for an extra bed for a child under 12. Two children under 12 traveling with adults (no matter if the adults are staying in a single, double or triple room) will be accommodated in a twin room and pay the price of a double room with single occupancy.

Hotel details

The hotel is located in the centre of Kitzbühel. It is close to the public bath "Aquarena" (indoor pool, sauna, moor mud bath) and only at few minutes on foot from the Hahnenkamm mountain railway. In the summer there are tennis courts and a golf club virtually next door, as well as several more in the surrounding area.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Rates are per room per night including continental breakfast and VAT (and local taxes) at the current rate. Travel information Arrival by car from Innsbruck: - Take the Inntal motorway (A12) to exit number 17 for Lofer/Sankt Johann in Tirol/Brixental. - Continue for about 35 km on A-roads, first on the B178 (formerly the B312) until just before Sankt Johann in Tirol where you take the B161 to Kitzbühel. Arrival by car from Germany, - Take the Inntal motorway (A12) to exit number 6 for Kufstein-Süd/Felbertauern (car registration sticker not required). - Then continue for about 10 km on the B173. - Join the B178 towards Sankt Johann in Tirol. - Just before Sankt Johann turn right onto the B161 which takes you to Kitzbühel. Arrival by car from Salzburg and from the east: - Take the A1 motorway to exit number 297 for Lofer/Wals. - Continue on the B1 towards Bad Reichenhall. - You will be leaving Austrian territory for about 20 km. - Stay on the same road, now the B178. - Just before Sankt Johann turn left onto the B161 which takes you to Kitzbühel. Arrival by train: Kitzbühel lies on the Innsbruck - Wörgl - Kitzbühel – Saalfelden - Schwarzach - St. Veit – Salzburg railway line. A few international connections stop in Kitzbühel. The resort’s two railway stations are Kitzbühel and Kitzbühel-Hahnenkamm. The latter is closer to the hotel, but not all trains stop there. Do check beforehand with the Austrian railway company (ÖBB).

The Aquarena - open all year round and offers a variety of activities. It includes water slides, waterfall and sauna. The mud packs available here are sourced from the nearby Lake Schwarzsee. The pool and solarium are open between 10:00 and 21:00 in the winter and 9:00 and 20:00 in the summer. The other facilities, including the sauna and steam bath, are open from 13:00 to 21:00. The charge for entry is around EUR 8.70 for adults ad EUR 5.40 for children.
