If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
