Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 13 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
