The Spitz Hotel's rooms were individually conceived by local designers and artists. Breakfast is served until 11:00 on weekends. The hotel's bar serves drinks and small snacks until midnight. There is a sauna and a fitness centre at the Spitz Hotel. The Ars Electronica Museum is only a few steps away. The Pöstlingberg mountain is also very close to the Spitz Hotel. The Linz Card can be bought at the reception. It includes free admission to all museums, free use of all public transport, and reduced admission to events.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
