Please contact the hotel if you arrive later than 23:00. There are different cancellation fees for bookings for more than 15 people. More detailed will be sent via e-mail. The reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 4 weeks before arrival. A deposit of 50% of the entire amount will be taken. Please note that the baby cots and extra beds are on request only and have to be confirmed by the hotel. In each room 1 extra bed and 1 baby cot are possible.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 15 years are charged EUR 12 per night per person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
