Close to the hotel is Karwendel Alpine Park, one of the oldest nature reserves of the Eastern Alps. Enjoy an endless range of sport- and leisure activities, both in and out of the water. Train With the train to Jenbach, then with the regular bus (approx. 50 min.) or cab (approx. 20 km) to Pertisau. Of the station Tegernsee with the cab to Achenkirch (approx. 35 km). Car Toll open journey over the Achenpaß or Bad Tölz! Inn valley freeway (vignette duty)!, exit Achensee, Achensee federal road B 181 to Maurach/Pertisau. Coming from Munich up to the expressway exit lumber churches, Tegernsee, Achenpaß or Bad Tölz along -- national frontier, the Achensee till Maurach/Pertisau Airplane Munich airport or Innsbruck airport

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 9 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 10 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
