Travel information

Arrival by car: Easily accessible from the motorway south (A2) or the Tauern motorway (A10). Exit at Pörtschach West, head for Pörtschach and then after approx 300 m it is the first entrance on the right. Arrival by train: Pörtschach am Wörthersee station - 5 minutes away. Arrival by plane: Klagenfurt / Annabichl airport; distance approx 30 km.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.60 city/tourist tax per person older than 16 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
