from Munich/Salzburg: A 10 to Villach - A 2 towards Klagenfurt/Wien - Exit Pörtschach - B 83 towards Pörtschach - at the end of Pörtschach turn right to Seeuferstrasse. from Vienna: A 2 towards Klagenfurt till Exit Pörtschach Ost (East) - B 83 towards Pörtschach - turn left after 0,5 km.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
