Travel information

Take the A95 motorway (Munich-Garmisch) as far as Oberau. In the town centre turn right in the direction of Ettal/Linderhof. After Ettal turn left towards Linderhof or Reutte/Fernpass. You will see the hotel on the right after approx. 20 minutes. By train from Munich: Take the train to Reutte/Tyrol or alternatively to Oberammergau. There is a bus service from Oberammergau to Linderhof. On request, guests can be collected on payment of a charge from the train station in Reutte or from Linderhof. By public transport from Franz-Josef Strauss Airport in Munich: Take the S 8 rapid-transit railway line to Munich Main Station and then continue your journey by train.

Area information

Our hotel and the surrounding area offer a wide range of leisure activities such as hiking, swimming, mountain biking, a fun court, a children’s playground, a sun terrace in summer, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and curling in winter to name just a few possibilities. Our hotel is also a starting-point for some wonderful excursions. Other popular places to visit include the town of Füssen, Oberammergau (home of the Passion Play), Ettal Monastery and "Wieskirche" (Pilgrimage Church of the Scourged Saviour). In winter a permanently well-prepared cross-country ski trail (10 kilometres long) starts directly behind the hotel. The nearest downhill skiing areas are located in Höfen near Reutte (approx. 20 kilometres away), in Berwang and Bichlbach (approx. 30 kilometres away), and Lermoos (approx. 35 kilometres away).

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 17.15 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
