The unique Vulkania mineral spring is of volcanic origin and is collected in the Vulkania healing lake, featuring underwater music. When bathing in this spring, the water feels like silk. In addition to 2,400 different windows and 330 columns, hotel features include a pool and thermal landscape with 11 different indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzis, wave and children’s basins, the Melchior mineral spring and a sauna landscape with various saunas and a relaxation room.

Food & Beverages

Culinary pleasures are provided in a buffet restaurant, a thermal restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (one toque by Gault Millau), a café, a vinotheque and a hotel bar.

Check-in: On the day of arrival, the admission into the pool, thermal and sauna landscape is already possible free of charge from 09:00. The room will be ready for occupancy by 16:00 at the latest. Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00. However, you can buy a reduced day ticket after check-out, allowing you to use the pool, thermal and sauna landscape until 23:00.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs EUR 6 per hour.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
