Area information The Tuxerhof is located at the entrance of the Tux Valley in Vorderlanersbach at 1300m above sea level. Vorderlanersbach is a quiet, pastoral village, where the sun shines longer than anywhere else in the valley. It is the ideal starting point for various activities including skiing, hiking and excursions. The Tux villages are characteristic Tyrolean villages. Together with the Hintertux glacier they form a nature and sports paradise for the whole family all year round! The Tux bus service takes you from village to village free of charge. In winter the Tux night bus service "50 Cent-Night-Liner" takes you from date to date until 2.20 a.m.! Travel information By car: Inntalautobahn (A12) - exit Zillertal, Bundesstrasse (B169) to Mayrhofen, then turn right and take the Tuxer Landesstrasse 9 kilometer in direction Hintertux to Vorderlanersbach. The Tuxer Landesstrasse from Mayrhofen to Hintertux is open all year. Please note that snow chains are mandatory with fresh snow! By train: Express train station Jenbach / Tirol - Zillertalbahn to Mayrhofen (train or bus), bus transfer to Tux. On request we also organize a taxi transfer to the hotel. By plane: Distance from the airport Innsbruck to Tux approx. 85km. On request we offer a taxi transfer to the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged EUR 110.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
