In winter, the Tux night bus runs until 02:20.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board costs EUR 20.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 4 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 4 to 6 years is charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 13 to 15 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
