Travel information From the Western Train Station: Take the underground line U3 in the direction of Simmering and exit at Stephansplatz. Follow Rotenturmstrasse right into Fleischmarkt. Take the second small street right into Wolfengasse. From the Southern Train Station: Take the underground line U1 from Südtirolerplatz in the direction of Kagran and exit at Schwedenplatz. Take the Schwedenplatz exit and follow Laurenzerberg, then turn right into Fleischmarkt. Take the first left into Wolfengasse. From the airport: Take the public bus (every 30 minutes) to Morzinplatz. From there it is a 5-minute walk (via Franz-Josefs-Kai, Rotenturmstrasse and Fleischmarkt) to Hotel Austria.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 6 to 14 years are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
