Travel information

From the airport: Take commuter railway S7 or CAT (City Airport Train) to "Wien Mitte/Landstrasse" (City Air Terminal). You can either walk through the City Park ("Stadtpark"), as the hotel is located on the opposite side of the park (approx. 5 minutes' walking distance). Alternatively you can change onto underground line U3 (direction "Ottakring") to "Stubentor", exit Parkring. Keep right and head towards Karlsplatz. The hotel is on your right side. From the Western Train Station: Take the underground line U3 (direction "Simmering") to "Stubentor", exit Parkring. Keep right and head towards Karlsplatz. The hotel is on your right side. From the Southern Train Station: Take the underground line U1 (direction "Kagran") at Südtirolerplatz and go to "Stephansplatz". Change onto underground line U3 (direction "Simmering") to "Stubentor", exit Parkring. Keep right and head towards Karlsplatz. The hotel is on your right side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 19 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
