Area information

The Carlton Opera Hotel is located only a few steps from Vienna's city centre, between the Karlsplatz and the popular Naschmarkt market area (vegetables, fruit and delicatessen market, on Saturdays also a flea market). Vienna's elegant shopping streets, the Kärntnerstrasse and the Mariahilferstrasse, are within easy reach of the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.  If modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15 per night and person in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
