Travel information

By public transportation: From the Southern Train Station (Südbahnhof): Take tram line D (direction "Nußdorf") and change into line 2 in front of the Parliament (direction "Ottakring"). Get off the at the second stop and walk back 1 block to the hotel. From the Western Train Station (Westbahnhof): Take the U3 underground line (direction “Simmering”). At the “Volkstheater” station change to the U2 underground line (direction “Schottenring”) and get off at the “Rathaus” station. Walk 2 blocks up Josefstädter Straße to the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
