From Südbahnhof (Southern Train Station): Take bus line 13A to Margaretenplatz. From there it is a 3-minute walk to the hotel. From Westbahnhof (Western Train Station): Take the U6 underground line to Längenfeldgasse and change to the U4 to Pilgramgasse. From there it is a 3-minute walk to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
