Then walk 2 minutes , or take tram lines 37, 38 or 40 and get off at the first stop. From the Southern Train Station (Südbahnhof): Tram line D (direction Nußdorf) to Schottentor/Universität. Then walk 2 minutes , or take tram lines 37, 38 or 40 and get off at the first stop. From the airport: S7 railway line to Landstraße/Wien-Mitte, change to U4 and go to Schottenring. Then take the U2 and go 1 stop to Schottentor/Universität.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
