Turn right into Strozzigasse. The first street on the left is Pfeilgasse. From the Western Train Station (Westbahnhof) and Meidling Train Station: With the U6underground line to Thaliastraße, and with tram line 46 to Strozzigasse/Neubaugasse (2 stops). Continue as above.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
