The Zieglergasse underground station (line U3) next to the NH Atterseehaus offers direct access to the public transport network. St. Stephen’s Cathedral in the centre can be reached by underground in about 8 minutes. The Western Train Station is only 500 metres away. The city centre can be reached in a 20-minute walk.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 17 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
