Travel information

Vienna airport in 25 km distance. Transfer about 25 minutes by taxi. 45 minutes by public transport (S7 or CAT). By public transport you can take the new airport train (which is called "CAT") or the train S7 to the station Hilton Air Terminal / Wien Mitte from where you can go by taxi to us or by subway line 4 / direction "Heiligenstadt" till station "Friedensbrücke" and from there by tramway line 5 / direction "Westbahnhof" till station "Lange Gasse", we are right on the corner at this station. Subway stop line 2 close by. Tramway lines 43 / 44 / 5 right in front.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
