By public transport: - Tram line no. 5 (from the Western Train Station) - Bus line no. 13A (from the Southern Train Station) - Underground lines U2, U6 - From the airport take the Vienna Airport Line bus to the Southern Train Station and continue on the 13A bus line.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
