Travel information From Saalfelden towards Zell am See: From Lofer through Saalfelden towards Harham (slight hill), through a small forest, after 500m through a second small forest. After you have reached the village Maishofen (approx. 300m) pass the dairy farm "Käsehof" to your left (after another 1,500m) and keep going straight ahead. After 1,000m you reach the entrance to the tunnel, but don`t enter it - turn right (look at illustration below) and over the hill. After approx. 300m Hotel Badhaus is at your right hand side. From Zell am See towards Maishofen: Through Zell am See - after approx. 1,000m you will reach the crossing to Thumersbach, don`t turn, keep going straight ahead - after 100m Hotel Badhaus is at your left hand side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. Up to two children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge for extra beds. Up to two children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children from 3 to 9 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 10 to 14 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All further older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
