Berlin Green ParkBerlin Green Park Hotel is situated on a hill at a quiet place in the park of Golden Sands, only a few minutes on foot from the beach and the yacht marina. Comfortable and spacious, the rooms are well equipped with modern amenities. The hotel overlooks the Black Sea Coast and from the upper floors there is a wonderful panorama over the sea. Table tennis, darts, boccia, beach volleyball, fitness as well as morning and water exercises are offered free of charge. There is a day and evening animation programme for adults and children. The places by the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are limited. There are 3 sunbeds and parasols on the beach - 1 parasol and 2 sun beds per room are included in the rate. To be paid extra are billiard, massage, sauna, mini bar, safe, tennis court.

Berlin Green Park offers you its 'All-inclusive' service, enabling you to enjoy breakfast (continental), lunch and dinner buffets. You will also be entitled to afternoon coffee, tea, cakes and hot or cold snacks. There will also be a choice of local beverages (between 10:00 and 23:00) on offer, and you will also be able to take advantage of the Fitness Bar, which offers a wide variety of refreshing drinks and cocktails 24 hours a day (drinks must be paid for after 23:00).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 6.00 city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 11 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child from 2 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
