Area information

Semkovo is 1600 m above sea level, some 15 km from the town of Belitza, and some 160 km from Sofia airport. The winter season lasts over 5 months – from December to May, with a snow cover thicker than 1.5m. The average annual temperatures vary from 7,5° N to 9,5°N, January being the coldest month with an average of -5,9° C. Semkovo offers six ski runs with a total length of 4.5 km, including three ski runs on the Northern slopes, with all ranges of difficulty. The ski runs are serviced by eight draglifts.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 12 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
