The hostel offers different types of accommodation. It has a mixed dormitory, or for those seeking more privacy there are separate rooms and apartments. The hostel offers different rooms types. For guests who choose to stay in the mixed dormitory bunk beds are provided. They are equipped with curtains to allow for extra privacy. Private rooms and apartments for up to 3 people are also available.

Food & Beverages

The hostel serves a free breakfast that is available until late. The breakfast includes Bulgarian yoghurt, feta cheese, eggs, fruits/vegetables, muesli, honey, jams as well as tea and coffee. There is a Bulgarian restaurant adjoining the hostel. It provides an English menu and is open 24 hours. There is also a fully equipped guest-kitchen in the hostel. Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 5 per day.

Area information

Sofia is the capital city of Bulgaria. The city is located in the southern part of the Sofia valley and at the foot of the mountains Vitosha and Lyulin. Founded seven thousand years ago, Sofia is the second oldest city in Europe. There are a number of monuments that have been preserved, such as the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Public Theatre Ivan Vazov, the Palace of Justice and the churches St.George and St.Sofia. In Sofia there is the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the Public Library, as well as theatres and museums. The city has several beautiful parks and has views of the Vitosha mountains.

From the Airport: - Take bus 84 or 284 - Get off at the last stop at Vassil Levski blvd. From the Central Bus & Train stations: - Take trams 1 or 7 for 6 stops - Get off at Vitosha blvd.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
