By Air (from Sofia Airport): The hotel offers a VIP Airport Service, which includes access to the airport VIP terminal, where all the government officials and special guests enter the country. You will be met off the plane and given individual passport and customs control, allowing you to relax with drinks in a VIP lounge while you bags and documents are processed. You will then be driven direct to the hotel in a luxury car. Valid for arrivals between 06:00 and 00:00, this service is available for a surcharge. This can only be arranged if the hotel is notified 48 hours in advance. A standard transfer package is also available. By Public Transport: The nearest subway is about 50 metres from the hotel. The nearest train station (Central) is 1 km from the hotel. The nearest tram stop (Kali) is 50 metres from the hotel. The nearest bus stop (Botev) is 200 metres from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
