If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.35 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 14 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
