- Arriving by car from the city centre drive 1km on the main road toward the fortress Tzarevetz. - The hotel is located 150 metres before reaching the fortress Tzarevetz, there is a sign pointing 20 metres on your right hand side. Arriving by car from North - From Ruse, Bucharest, once you enter the city and reach the first major crossroad turn left and drive 100metres - There is a sign pointing 20 metres on your right hand side. - From any part of the city you can take a taxi and you will reach Hotel Boliari at a cost no greater than EUR 5.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included.

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 10 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
