Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.51 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 8 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
