Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Lunch costs EUR 10 per person per night.  Dinner costs EUR 10 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Up to two children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Up to two older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
