Food & Beverages

A rich buffet breakfast awaits you in the Guesthouse Kaliste. You will find Czech rolls, fresh croissants, coffee, tea, orange and apple juice, and milk, as well as different yoghurts, cornflakes, various spreads and other fresh products. We can prepare a lunchbox for you during breakfast consisting of sandwiches, yoghurt, fruits, juices and a bottle of water. In the evening we offer you a three-course-menu of Czech dishes with a Dutch touch. Let yourself be surprised every day by a lovingly and carefully prepared first course, main dish and dessert, followed by coffee or tea. Special requirements, such as vegetarian dishes, will of course be accommodated.

The mountainous area of Sumava, with its beautiful protected nature, offers possibilities for walking and relaxing. To the east lies Trebonsko, a beautiful area with fishing ponds which were layed out in the Middle Ages and just like lake Lipno still provides the favourite Bohemian fish: the carp, every year.

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
