Area information

Karlovy Vary is famous for its manufacture of traditional Moser glass, Thun porcelain, Becherovka herbal liqueur, Mattoni mineral water, mineral salt, healing cosmetics and thermal tuff souvenirs. However it is known as the town of healing springs, featuring a rich history, magnificent architecture and a countryside location. This world-renowned spa lies in the valley of the Teplá River, on the confluence of the Ohře River. Present-day spa treatment comprises of the intake of the mineral water, classic spa procedures as well modern physiotherapy. The most famous hot spring is almost 15 metres high. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
