The hotel offers secure money transfers through Western Union. Reception is open 24 hours a day for the sale of alcoholic and soft drinks, cigarettes, postcards, tickets for public transport and other items. Reception can also confirm flight reservations and lend irons, hairdryers, umbrellas and plug adapters. There is a safety deposit box available for guests’ use for an additional charge of CZK 100 per day. Luggage storage is available by the reception desk, free of charge. There is a swimming pool located just 100 metres from the hotel. The swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 20:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Swimming costs CZK 60 per hour.
