Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

25 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs DKK 125 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs DKK 65 per night per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 2 years are charged DKK 195 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged DKK 295 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.

When booking for more than 15 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
