Travel information

Having left the customs at Kastrup Airport, continue straight ahead and below the clock you will find the DSN-office selling train tickets. Adults one way charge DKK 21.00 to Copenhagen. Trains leaves several times every hour and the ride takes 13 min. to Copenhagen Central Station. When you leave the train walk up the large steel staircase leading to Tietgensgade. Once you are on the street face the Central Station Building and then walk left down Tietgensgade about 180 meters to Colbjørnsensgade. Turn right and you will see the sign of Hotel Ansgar. The walk should take approx. 3 - 4 minutes from the train station.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged DKK 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years are charged DKK 100.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
