Due to the age of the building Hotel Bertram's is not suitable for disabled guests. Hotel Bertram's does not have its own parking but it is possible to buy a parking ticket at the front desk. It is valid for parking in the immediate area. All reservations, changes or cancellations must be completed via this site. The hotel cannot make these changes for you. Please note that the hotel charges an additional fee for the use of foreign credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

25 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs DKK 130 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
