At our Krydderiet Restaurant we have strong views about food ethics. We generally use Danish ingredients of the very best quality, and our dishes are served by experienced staff who can tell you everything about the ingredients, how the food has been prepared, and our approach to culinary issues in general. The result is a gastronomic experience that will appeal to all your senses. Restaurant Krydderiet is open every day from 11:00 to 16:00 for lunch and from 18:00 to 22:00 for dinner.

Travel information By Car: From Copenhagen: - Take motorway 16 north to Hillerød S. exit. - Turn right at the 1st roundabout and go along Peder Oxes Allé through 2 roundabouts. - At the 3rd roundabout, take the 2nd exit and follow signs for Milnersvej for 500 metres. From Elsingore: - Take route 6 to Hillerød, and go along Helsingørsgade/Østergade to Søndre Jernbanevej . - Turn left into Søndre Jernbanegade for around 200 metres, then right into Milnersvej for about 700 metres.
