DIRECTION FOR THE HOTEL * From the highway: Take the North Exit, then direction Annecy-le-Vieux. Take Avenue de France, then turn left at Rue du Mont Blanc and follow sign of the Abbaye. * From downtown Annecy: Take the left side of the lake, direction Thones, Talloires. Continue on Avenue d'Albigny until Casino Imperial Palace. Then turn left at Avenue de France. Turn in the 10th street on your right: Rue du Mont Blanc.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.97 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
