Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs EUR 13.23 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 13.23 per person per night.  Half board costs EUR 50 per person per night.  Full board costs EUR 80 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 32 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
