Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 9.50 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 19 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
