Reception is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 except on Wednesdays when it is open from 14:00 to 17:00. It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
