Electricity will be at an additional cost for stays of 30 days. The reception is open from: - 08:30 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. - 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays. If you plan to arrive at the residence outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in advance to obtain an access code.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.31 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per night per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
