A continental breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:00 Monday through Saturday. It is not available on Sunday.

Reception is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 19:00. On Saturday it is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. Reception is closed on Sundays and on public holidays. If you plan on arriving outside the opening hours, please contact the residence in advance.

By train: Lille Europe or Lille Flandre station, only a few minutes walk. By plane: 15 to 20 minutes drive, from Lesquin Airport. By car: From Paris or from the airport, follow Lille direction, then follow the signs La Madeleine le Romarin, pass Lille Europe station and follow La Madeleine signs. Just after the outpoint, take the Rue Paul Doumer exit and then turn right twice (bypass public garden).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 9 per person per night. Breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per night per child under 12 years.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
